First Filming

On Thursday 21st January, we went out to shoot our first lot of footage. During this part we decided to shoot the scenes which include the balloons as we had them ready for use.

The location we were going to use was the woods and we agreed that this was a good location after we saw the images. The area itself was very large, so we had to walk for a bit untill we found a part which was large enough for us.

Risk Assessment

As part of the filming process, we have to complete a risk assessment to ensure that it is safe for us to film. This would be so that there is no or minimal risk off any of us getting injured when we are in a location at any time.

Together we sat down and wrote out a list of all the locations which we would have to do a risk assessment for. After we had done that, Hennie worked out all of the technical parts so that we had a table for our risk assessment.

Storyboard

We created a storyboard to show the video shots we had in mind to present our final idea. Although we could not show the transitions, we were able to draw out the types of shots which would be used. The storyboard also included the shots in order that we wanted them to appear.
